From Meghan: "Having great curated information thoughtfully laid out for me was so helpful as I prepared for birth. I would go through it every couple of weeks, especially if I was starting to feel anxious about delivery. It always brought me peace of mind. It's a resource that is worth it's weight in gold for sure!"

From Natasha: "This guide is truly the total package. I reference it constantly to keep up with my exercise circuits in particular. Another favorite is all of the recommendations and resources that are included. They are invaluable to have at your fingertips for whenever any questions or concerns arise."

Chat with a Doula

Bring your questions and talk with a birth professional in a one-on-one setting. Perfect for expecting parents who do not plan to hire a doula to attend their birth but would like the unique guidance and support doulas offer during pregnancy and/or postpartum. These discussions are tailored to your needs and will be held in person at a local coffee shop or on video chat.

During these conversations, Kelli can provide information on:

  • birth options

  • choosing a provider

  • finding childbirth education that suits your needs

  • preparing for postpartum

  • optimal fetal positioning tips for birth

  • breastfeeding preparation

  • vaginal birth after cesarean

  • partner support tips

  • talking with your provider about your goals

  • additional resources for pregnancy and postpartum

  • and so much more!

Currently, Kelli is offering a package of 4 sessions (3 prenatal and 1 postpartum) for $300. Single sessions are available for $75. The expecting parent is welcome to invite their partner to attend the session(s) or a friend or family member who may be providing support.

From Heather: "After I found out I was pregnant I had extreme anxiety around choosing a provider. I had a clear idea of the type of care I wanted to receive and the type of birth I wanted but had no resource to really know who could provide what I was looking for. I booked a "chat with a doula" appointment with Kelli and I'm SO grateful I found her. She had the information and the guidance I was looking for. She helped me choose a local provider that was compatible with my needs and having this assurance was invaluable to me. She is knowledgeable and kind and is able to provide the one on one emotional care that is lacking in our medical system. I highly recommend her services!"

By signing up for a package of sessions, Kelli will share her Doula Guide via email for no additional cost. Additional resources may be provided based on our conversation.

As a doula, Kelli does not give medical advice. If you have questions or concerns about your care, possible interventions, or medical conditions, Kelli can help you think of questions to discuss with your care provider.
